Annual letter-writing marathon "Write for Rights" by Amnesty International is the world's biggest human rights event. It aims to support the selected six unjustly imprisoned individuals. Unlike online petitions, "Write for Rights" is specific in sending physical letters with real signatures. The goal of the campaign was to explain the principle of the event and to activate as many people as possible on social networks to participate in the event and to write a real letter to help the prisoners.

 

Amnesty International každoročně připravuje podpisovou akci Maraton psaní dopisů, která je tou největší lidskoprávní akcí na světě. Jejím cílem je podpořit vybranou šestici nespravedlivě vězněných lidí. Oproti standardním online peticím je Maraton psaní dopisů specifický tím, že se posílají opravdové dopisy s fyzickým podpisem. Cílem kampaně bylo vysvětlit princip Maratonu a v prostředí sociálních sítí aktivovat co nejvíce lidí k zapojení do akce a k napsání reálného dopisu na pomoc vězňům.
